Corporation "ELCOR" is the largest Ukrainian electrotechnical manufacturing company, founded in 1999 and operating in a wide range of areas - generation, distribution of electricity, heavy metallurgical and coke-chemical industries, food and light industry, civil engineering in Ukraine and abroad.
We manufacture all types of low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies (LVA) of general industrial design, as well as specialized electrical equipment for the infrastructure of maritime and railway transport, the space rocket industry.
We also provide design, installation, commissioning and maintenance services.
The structure of the company
Corporation “ELCOR” consists of divisions that provide the production cycle for the manufacture of low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies, as well as the provision of services in the electrical field:
- design bureau;
- production site;
- electrotechnical laboratory;
- installation and commissioning department;
- workshop for the production of wooden packaging;
- Warehouses for storing components and finished products.
Design Bureau
More than 60 highly qualified engineers work in the design bureau: electrical designers, mechanical designers and programmers.
Our engineering potential allows us to create switchboard products and low-voltage systems of any complexity according to individual technical specifications of the customer.
The development of design documentation is carried out according to the approved procedures of the quality management system, certified according to the ISO 9001 standards system.
Own production
Corporation “ELCOR” has a modern production site with a total area of more than 3000 m2 and a staff of more than 100 people.
Our production is certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality and environmental management standards.
Thanks to the high qualification of our workforce, the provision of modern high-tech production equipment and tools, we perform:
- locksmith processing and assembly of metal structures for switchboard equipment;
- processing of copper and aluminum tires;
- tinning of copper tires;
- welding work;
- electrical installation of low-voltage equipment;
- electrical wiring of secondary circuits.
Electrotechnical laboratory
Our company includes a certified electrotechnical laboratory.
The laboratory performs both routine/acceptance tests of products at our own production, and tests at customer sites.
Our own set of instruments and test equipment, as well as approved testing programs and methods, allow us to perform:
- a full range of routine tests of low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies in accordance with DSTU/IEC;
- checking of releases of low-voltage circuit breakers of alternating and direct current;
- adjustment of relay protection devices;
- routine tests of power transformers.
Installation and commissioning department
Specialists of the installation and commissioning department of the Corporation “ELCOR” successfully carry out supervision of installation and commissioning at the customer’s facilities.
Quality control
The company has a quality control department that carries out incoming control of components and materials, quality control of manufacturing during the production process and at the final stage.
All products manufactured by our company undergo mandatory factory routine tests in accordance with DSTU/IEC standards in the certified electrical laboratory of the ELCOR Corporation.
Research work
Along with the development of switchboard equipment, our team of engineers performs:
- research and development work (R&D) on power supply systems, uninterrupted power supply and automation;
- development of low-voltage power supply systems for special facilities - the space industry, maritime transport and warships;
- development of regulatory and technical documentation to ensure its own production and accreditation of products of the Corporation "ELCOR" for the customers (technical specifications, standards of the organization, technological flow sheets, etc.).
