Motor control centers (MCC)
Motor control centers are designed to provide electric power supply of three-phase alternating current with a frequency of 50 Hz and direct current with a voltage of up to 1 kV, as well as control and protection of electric motors of technological industrial installations, auxiliary needs of energy facilities and actuators of automation systems.
Motor control centers may include the following main components:
- protective and switching equipment;
- frequency converters;
- soft starters;
- microprocessor protection and motor control devices;
- measuring instruments, control and signaling equipment;
- elements of process automation systems.
Corporation "ELCOR" produces control motor control centers in the following versions:
- RTZO assemblies (motor control panels for technological equipment of power plants);
- motor control centers of the MCC type;
- stand-alone cabinets and motor control boxes.
